Overview of  Mindset Reset 


WEEK 1: Managing Control & Worry
We identify what areas of your life you ARE able to control such as your thoughts, self-talk, reactions, etc, and what kinds of things are out of your control, such as genetics, other’s beliefs, society, etc.
WEEK 2: Discovering Life Balance & Filling the Void
This week, we will identify the “voids” or things that are place-fillers for happiness in our lives. We’ll also learn how to live a balanced life, it’s not all or nothing.
WEEK 3: Trusting the Journey & Core Beliefs
During this week’s module, you’ll explore your central most beliefs and ideas about yourself, others and the world. Our beliefs act as a lens through which every situation and life experience is seen.  This exploration will be important as you explore and learn to trust the journey.
WEEK 4: Introspection, Journaling & Coping Strategies
Get clear on the goals and objectives that will change your life within the next 3 – 9 months. Learn how to use Journaling as a powerful tool to increase personal growth, put thoughts,  actions, and feelings on paper to create an effective way to sort through them with a less emotionally attached approach.
WEEK 5: Finding Support & Why Women Don't Ask
This module reviews the importance of social support for maintaining good physical and mental health.  It also addresses the complex issues facing women today as they juggle multiple roles and responsibilities.
WEEK 6: Understanding Your Emotions and Triggers
Understanding our feelings can be the first step toward transforming negative thoughts into positive feelings. Learn how to understand and balance your emotions, letting go of limiting beliefs and old patterns.
WEEK 7: Letting Go and Forgiveness
Learn how to identify and let go of baggage that isn’t serving you. Letting go can be difficult and change is uncomfortable, but we’ll be there with you every step of the way.
WEEK 8: Taking Responsibility for Your Happiness
Taking responsibility in all areas of our lives helps us to decrease stress and anxiety while clearing the way for your own growth. Learn how to take actions that will make you stronger, more confident and able to let go of any guilt or shame. Also, learn how to use visualization and goal exploration to create the life you want – more fulfillment and more joy!

WEEK 9: Living Your Best Life Now

When you strip away the filters and look at your own values objectively and with honesty, you will begin to determine what is most important to you and what you will need to do to be satisfied with your life.

Take tiny steps to inject the things you like into your life so you can create a more fulfilling life that brings you joy. You have the power to change.
