Get Motivated To Move Your Body  

Moving your body daily is vital for your mental health, your strength, and for healthy skin.  By getting yourself moving a little more each day, you are helping your body and mind to function at their best.

In addition, stretching helps maintain your muscle health as well.  By being aware of how you move, you can increase coordination and balance, be mindful of the positioning of your joints, and relax.

As a rule of thumb, try to get a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity.  The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week.  Greater amounts of exercise will provide even greater health benefit.  At Renuyu, we can help you get started on a inspiring path forward.   1. First create your “big picture” of what you want to do with your life for over the next 5 – 10 years, and identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
  2. Then break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
  3. Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on it to achieve these goals.
